Why "carpentry and compassion"?

Between building projects I've dedicated much of my life to community and social service work. I've served in the Peace Corps five times over the course of my life.
I'm a qualified disaster management specialist, with domestic and international experience in disaster relief.
Your support of my carpentry work affords me the opportunity to give back to less fortunate people by continuing my community service endeavors.
As a skilled tradesman, I'm happy to discuss a sliding scale for carpentry and construction for people that are in genuine financial need.
As a carpenter and foreman, I have lead residential projects ranging in size from $50 to $1.3M. To see a photo portfolio depicting my range of trades skills, click here. All of the work depicted in my portfolio is my own.

As a resident of Hilo, I've had plenty of experience with shipping and logistics for working cost effectively throughout the Hawaiian Islands. I've done large jobs on Hawaii, Maui and Oahu, providing the very best service available for prices that impressed the homeowner.
I've also worked in many remote locations around the U.S., without adding extra expense and while still providing very competitive prices for the very best work available.
